No. We never ask for, store or accept device passcodes, account passwords, recovery codes or other login details through booking. Please do not include them in repair notes. If a device needs to be unlocked for a check, you can do that yourself while you are in the shop.

Once a device has been opened, its original water-resistance rating cannot be guaranteed. We take care during reassembly, but we do not promise that a manufacturer IP rating can be reinstated after a repair.
